Return & Refund Policy
Sb Healthcare has a simple return policy under which you can return a product received in a damaged or defective condition. Your complete satisfaction is our ultimate goal.
You may return any item shipped by sbhealthcare.ie within 7 days of receipt as long as it meets the following any of the conditions:
- If you change your mind, don't want a item, you can return back to us but that product must be in a saleable condition and unopened package.
- If you recieved wrong item, you can return back to us. Product must be in a saleable condition and unopened package.
- If your order damaged in transit, we will replace your product
Some items cannot be returned for a refund:
- When you receive your order, please check to make sure they in good condition (i.e. not damaged or defective)
- Any items purchased from our Sexual Well-Being store cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturer defect. When you receive your order, please check to make sure these items are working. We will creditor exchange unused, defective items in their original packaging only. Items returned without original packaging or after 7 days will not be refunded.
Refund Policy

We will refund the amount directly to your account. The process will take place up to 5 -10 working days to show up in your statement due to bank processing time
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty within the specified warranty period we will arrange a repair or a replacement for you. If its outside the warranty period we recommend contacting the manufacturer directly.
